Sheppy’s 2024 Vintage Reserve Cider is produced from entirely home-grown apples. It is a blend of one year’s harvest of the highest quality bittersweet apples such as Chisel Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Stoke Red and Tremlett’s Bitter. It is fermented and then matured in oak vats to achieve its fine, award winning full bodied flavour.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, rough, white head. Strong tannin aroma paired with overripe apples. Rich, sweet apple notes, massive tannins and leathery accents - some astringency. Some wood. Completely flat. 020326

500ml bottle from Tesco, Billingham. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, caramel, sulphur hint. Taste is sweetish and tangy, appley, fleshy, some core, with a caramel note, alittle tartness and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
