For this Helles, Cellarmaker started with a Weyermann Pilsner malt base, classic Hallertau Mittelfruh Hops, and their preferred Lager yeast strain. Then the beer underwent a very cool fermentation process and extended lagering period, creating a crisp sip with an impressive depth of flavor.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 20, 2026.
Aroma is very bready and grain forward with some light floral and fruity notes. Hints of herbal, grassy hops and a light alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow-gold with a medium sized, moderately thick, fluffy, white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. Light lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with medium light bready, grain notes. Medium bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Medium light floral, fruity esters. Light grassy, herbal hop notes.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an alright helles, but there is something slightly off in the esters. They are a bit too strong, sweet and fruity in the flavor for my taste. Perhaps about more bitterness and herbal, spicy hop notes would help balance it.

Nice malty crispness. Def crushable. Got hints of banana too?

Can from Tavour. Pours clear light gold with a decent creamy white head. Noble hop aroma. Med body or nearly. Dry and moderately bitter. Flavor is crackery malt supporting Noble hops with a hint of what might be citrus. Nice.
