To craft it, the Holy Mountain crew started with a rich base of Pilsner and Munich malts alongside malted rye and specialty dark malts. Then they fermented it and conditioned it cold for a snappy sip.
Tasting Notes
Rich currents of cocoa, sweet hazelnut, and toasted wheat course through every sip. Floral flourishes lead to a clean, crisp finish that begs another taste.

Aromas are dark malt, roast, with a little cocoa and coffee. Flavors are similar to nose. Great balance between bitter, sweet, dry and a touch soft carbonation. Just right body and finish follows flavors. Very nice black lager.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown, did something of a Guinness, and ended with a huge foamy tan head that slowly pillowed down. Aroma of dark toffee and chocolate. Med body. Not quite dry but not very sweet. Decent bitter for balance. Flavor of dark toffee, chocolate, perhaps coffee or similar. Good flavor.
