This West Coast super juicy IPA was made using a unique yeast to boost juicy flavors while still allowing the beer to remain crystal clear. Moderate clean bitterness balanced with huge juicy notes of red plum, pink grapefruit (Rakau) and orange (Elani).

Tap at Amorphic. Soapy and rindy as much as it is juicy. A lot of Neomexicanus-like vine hop depth. I was hoping for more subtle Rakau notes, but this is a rindy Elani show. Wacky yeast addiction probably throws it off some.
