Revel Cider x Paradise Grapevine (Our first collaboration together!).
We've been friends and fans of each other for years now, sharing feelings, dreams and most recently, fruit.
Paradise Grapevine macerated Vidal on Cab Franc skins, to make a deliciously fruity wine. Revel blended crabapple cider with dark plums to make a tart, tannic treat.
What's it like?: The synthesis of grapes, plums and apples has created a beautiful thing. Notes of candied white flowers, backed up with wine-grape width and gentle plum tannins. Graceful acidity provides a strong pole for each fruit to dance on.

A hazed rosey orange cider with aroma of sweet apple, grapeskins, light cork, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, tart apples, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle.
