A big 4.8% Pale Ale that is brewed with a lot of international hops. We use Rakau from New Zealand. Goldings, Bramling X and Olicana from the UK. Citra, Cascade and Cluster from the US. Big complex flavours in a big pale ale.

Cask at Copper Beech Brewery & Taproom, Worcester on 11th April 2025. Clear golden amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Zesty citrus aroma. Citrus peel in-mouth with grapefruit and grassiness. A rounded bitter citrus finish of some duration. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Exquisite.
