The Harvester is a rotating series of fruit forward sours. We wanted to explore how various fruit combinations play off each other in a sour ale, really letting the fruit take center stage, creating a wholly different beer for each entry in the series.

Very nice interaction of the fruits. A good kettle sour. Had to give low score on Appearance after comment from my wife, who worked in medical labs: “I’m not go to say what this looks like.” But other than the appearance, she also liked it.
