Sourness happens in Vietnam. Here is a sour beer. The lemony aroma, the acid in the taste, all naturally fermented.
Enjoy and be sweet, the beer is NOT.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity malt with light acidity, light lactic notes, light ground cherry, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light lemony notes, light candy floss, interesting. On tap at the 100 Garden location .

On tap at Furbrew, pours an opaque cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy notes, tart citrus and lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart pithy tropical fruits, citrus and light lacto. Tart, citric and pithy on the finish. Interesting - I dig it.

Tap at Biacraft, District 3, HCMC. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, tart lemon grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a light dry crisp, biscuit yeast, tart citrus, light floral hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very nicely balanced. A really enjoyable beer.
