The Cellar Cuvee project is based on the art of blending. Multiple ales are married together after aging in oak barrels withing our cellar. Cellar Cuvee 11 is a blend of 5 barley wine-esque barrel aged beers. Dark to light, hoppy to malty sweet, and all aged in bourbon barrels. This is a heartfelt tribute to a style that is too often overlooked and under appreciated.

Sample during Blarney Wine Festival 2025 on 03/15/2025. The beer is a clear mahogany color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Small strings of lacing. Aroma of bourbon, malt, ripe fruit and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, oaky bourbon, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.
