The inter play of deep roasted malts and Vietnamese coffee are perfectly married, while the addition of vanilla contributes layers of decadence. It is truly smoothness in a glass.

dark brown color. Big vanilla and coffee notes. Low carbonation, semi sweet. Rounded palate. Very nice. Good depth.

Bottle split at CCV, thanks to John, Cotteridge Wines 08/06/19. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is chocolate, light roast, coffee, toffee.. Taste comprises chocolate, vanilla, coffee, dark malts, mellow roast, pinch of spice. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent porter.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines V Ratebeer event; dark brown pour with a big creamy light tan head, aroma has coffee, taste has sweet malts, coffee, vanilla hints.

Cotts 2019. Charcoal and coffee aroma. Dark brown and cream beige head. Rich and bitter. Underlying sweetness. Medium bodied. Average carbonation. Long finish. Scored it 3.7 so must have been impressed.

Shared at The Fat Cow tasting, Bangkok. Black with a thick creamy beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla and light roast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
