32 oz crowler filled on draft from Dominion Wine & Beer. Mostly clear dark amber brown. No head other than the slightest hint of off-white ring. Aroma has bourbon, oak, dried fruit, almost a little red wine-like note. Taste has caramel, brown sugar, bourbon, a little raisin and dried fruit. Medium to full body. Nice rich barrel aged wheatwine.

13oz can pours a leggy, translucent brown with a ring of white head. All gets better from here. Nose has all the things, malt, barrel, caramel, raisin, vanilla, dates. Its big, but it's so damn smooth. Caramel, raisin, apple chips, butterscotch, malt, dates, figs in the mouth. Full, sweet but not hot and dangerously easy to drink.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine and Beer. Poured a kind of dark plum color, basically flat. Big malt and even bigger wheat on the nose, raisin and plum. Sweet booze really comes out in this one. There's a significant amount of barrel aging on this one. Mellowed out as it warmed.

Oak tannin, raisin and plum. Maybe some apricot. Pours clear brown without any head. Syrupy consistency. Some lemon, pineapple. Sweet and boozy end, with bitter oak. A solid beer, but compared to the rest of the 10th anniversary lineup, maybe not up to that transcendental tier. Tap at Ocelot.
