In this beer we've used Simcoe in four different forms! We used whole cone in the kettle before whirlpooling with Dynaboost. We then dry hopped with Cryo before adding Hyperboost to finish off. Expect Simcoe, and lots of it in this fruity and piney pale ale. Vegan friendly.

Very tasty, nice juicy citrus character, light bready pale malts, low rindy bitterness. Easygoing.

Cask at White Hart, Chobham. Clear quite light gold. Thin translucen white head. Aroma is sweet, peachy. Light resinous streak. Sour stone fruit and citrus. A bitter edge. Resin. Herbs. Onions. Underlying sugariness. A hint of malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Slightly oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable relatively straightforward APA.
