So fruchtig, dass es fast schon unverschämt ist. Equinox ist unser neues NEIPA mit fruchtiger Wucht: Ananas, Zitrus, Litschi und Pfirsich machen sich breit – das Mundgefühl ist cremig, fast weich, und dennoch trocken. Wie es sich für ein NEIPA gehört, ordentlich trüb im Glas, aber strahlend wie frisch gepresster O-Saft. Die verwendete Hybridhefe „Pomona“ kitzelt selbst versteckte Fruchtaromen aus dem Hopfen. Kaum spürbarer Alkohol, wenig Bittere, maximaler Saft-Faktor.

(Draft at Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, peaches and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, peaches, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Crisp, fresh and hoppy. Very nice.
