This is a triple dry hopped triple IPA that’s absolutely bursting with juicy tropical flavor! We used loads of Rakau, Idaho 7, and Sabro hops, creating intense notes of mango, peach, pineapple, and ripe citrus on a super smooth, full-bodied 9.6% TIPA.

Can (3/31/25) from One Stop Market. Murky, light brown (somewhat apple cider-like) with many light floaties, small creamy head with good retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is strong pineapple, tart fruit, apricot, background caramel malt. Taste mirrors aroma. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Despite very new hops, this reminds me of DIPA/TIPA from 8-10 years ago. Strong but not a favorite aroma/flavor profile. Have to give it to them--alcohol is completely hidden.

Canned 3/31, drunk 5/6/25.
Deep, rich, very hazy rusted maize. Large, off-white head.
Intense Sabro yielding plentiful coconut, interesting pineapple and some light spicy greenery. No booze, resin, sugary malt in the nose. Just hop and backing, white bread-like malts.
Rich and malty, yet nicely attenuated. Sabro front-and-center. Lots of spicy coconut, light pineapple and hints of pine. Big, juicy tangerine. Not hot at this point but the strength is certainly felt. There's light alcohol flavor and lots of warming. I like that it's nicely attenuated and the malt and hop are done well. But probably needs a bit more maltiness to keep pace with the ABV.

Pours murky dark gold into a tulip. Off-white head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Mango and melon aromas. Sweet with hot mango and melon upfront turning to tangerine pith and peel in the hot, lasting finish.
