Cask at Mad Bishop & Bear. It pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bit of orange, caramel, marmalade, wood and brown bread. The taste is dry, twiggy, earthy, leather, varnish, earth, tannin, wood and biscuit with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. OK aroma, but taste is very twiggy.
