This co-ferment is a playful twist on tradition and part of our Fusion range. Here we have taken a 100% juice, wild fermented cider and added grape juice at bottling for a natural fizz.
The fruits mingle harmoniously creating flavours of crisp green apple, red grapefruit and blood orange.

750ml bottle from Wolds Wine Estate. Hazed orange gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, grape, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, funky, with grapey notes, some citric acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
