About a week ago, I went hiking and decided to enjoy a beer under the cherry blossoms that I picked up in Montreal because I liked the name:
Les Grands Bois Tiens v’la tes fleurs 4.9%
This saison has a floral and mild white pepper aroma. The body on this beer was wonderfully soft, so light and drinkable. The taste was on point with the floral it’s hinting at spring but not being over the top.
