Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden/straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, biscuit, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of citrus/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, biscuit, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, tangerine, melon, cracker, biscuit, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of citrus/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Perfectly clean lagering with zero yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is a great pale lager. All around great robustness and balance of citrus/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Pleasantly hoppy on flavors; still remaining very well balanced, flavorful, and not too bitter/drying. A really enjoyable offering.
