We’ve always believed the best way to respect tradition is to brew the unexpected. So when we set out to create a sessionable lager befitting of the Pacific Northwest, our sense of exploration led us to this dry-hopped wonder befitting of everyday adventure. Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. Pours a hazy light gold color with a white head and very good retention. Decent lacing. Light floral hops aroma. The taste follows the nose. Light floral hops bitterness. There's a lot more pale ale flavor than lager flavor here. I'm not getting much citrus flavors.

10 week old can A: Hard poured to a 1" fluffy head. Good retention and thick lace. Faintly hazy clear deep yellow with a few bubbles visible. S: Hay and grass herbal hop notes, bread and light pepper. T: Bitter and slightly citrusy with lemon and pith along with herbal or vegetal hop flavors. Crisp bread and cracker malts follow to finish. M: Medium light body with soft carbonation and a slightly chewy stickiness. O: Good all around with tasty, well balanced flavors. American but still tastes like a pils. Worth a repeat buy as is but surely even better fresh.
