We’ve always believed the best way to respect tradition is to brew the unexpected. So when we set out to create a sessionable lager befitting of the Pacific Northwest, our sense of exploration led us to this dry-hopped wonder befitting of everyday adventure. Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing.

12 ounce bottle from Flanagan’s Appleton. Clear golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, herbal, earthy hops, pale malt, hints of pith. The taste is pine, grapefruit, resin, dank. Pale malt. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness, crisp.

Kroger bottle. Pours gold, white head. Wow, nice aroma for a lager - floral hops, light lemon... no cheap corn smell! Flavor is light grasses, hint of lemon. Crisp and dry.

Pour is a hazy straw yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a pale lager malt with some lemon zest. Flavor is a nice orange peel hop with a dry and clean malt. Mouthfeel is light and creamy with a little bitterness. Pretty flavorful hopped up lager.

Bottle at I Hate Pigeons, Bangkok. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is lager malt, grassy hop citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp, fresh, dry, fruity, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pretty much is what it says it is. Solid too, very clean and balanced. Super easy drinking.

Bottle. Pale gold with a large white head.Aroma is grainy and slightly honeyed with lemons and their blossoms. Lightish bodied, carbonation is on the high side of moderate. Sweet then fairly bitter, with the grainy notes stopping the malt side of things from being bland but perhaps also stopping it having that long-lagered smoothness as well - in my view an OKish swap. The lemon hops come out of the sweetness gradually and assert themselves towards a fairly bitter and somewhat dry finish. Pleasant enough.

12 oz bottle from a six pack. Aroma is lightly floral, grassy. Pours crystal clear golden with a thick pillowy white head with excellent retention and lace. Taste is faintly sweet, dry, crisp and clean; finishes with a light bitterness. Mouthfeel is foamy. Not bad. Kind of a pilsner. I would’ve liked a little more hop flavor and bitterness.

Best by April 26th.
A: Pours a very pale gold/straw, plenty of billowy foam, excellent lacing.
S: Strong noble hop aroma with some bread notes. Nice level of the dank.
T:Tastes so good. The dry hopped flavour kills it! Not miserly with the malt as well; Bread and grain working just right with the spicy hop character.
M: Wonderful mouthfeel.
O: A real treat this dry hopped bottle conditioned Lager is!!!
