750ml bottle from Aeble. Sparkling, orange gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin fizzing layer and aroma of apple, orchard floor, leather, funk. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, fruity, some caramel, orchardy, earthy, leathery, funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
