Brewed with cork and mesquite-smoker malt. Extremely crisp, light and easy-drinking with subtle campfire notes.

Quite pale, bright. Thin pale lager. Nice smoke to it, and the pale lager part is clean enougb but it’s quite light…probably this is the best this concept can be but it’s not the greatest conceptp. Needs more malt to support the smoke.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has subtle smoke, with gentle biscuity malt and straw in the background. Flavour has a nice gentle smokiness that rests on top of the corn, with a mostly dry, clean finish. Smoking this Mexican lager definitely elevates this but it’s still not particularly interesting.

6oz pour at Luppolo. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Light smoke and vegetal notes on the nose. Smoke is even lighter in the flavour, some soggy malts, and overboiled vegetables. The smoking is a nice touch, but the base lager needs work.
