Toffee apple meets Vanilla oat latte. Sweet without being sickly, bitter without being astringent. Deep dark chocolate brown in colour with a lovely smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Roast malt and chocolate malt heavily support and balance the milk and vanilla in this rich and hefty porter.

Having been to both Canada and Lapland in northern Finland, where they are called elk, I can confirm these creatures are massive, you wouldn't want to hit one with your car! Although mine was a rental when I was in Scandinavia so I'd have only lost my deposit. The brew is a weakish but not thin porter. Chocolate through its vanilla develops in its aftertaste. Mildly floral character.
