Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some vinous notes, oak and yeasty notes. Taste is also a mix of yeasty notes with some funky ester with some oak and vinous/grape notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of lambic with wine but some additional depth would have been welcomed.

Smells Muskateller grapes, stone fruits, spices, light oak, floral honey, very nice, very wine forward smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes white wine, Muskateller grapes, light spices, some minerals, tobacco, light stone fruits, light honey. Finishes lightly sour with notes of Muskateller grapes, white wine and stone fruits. Very nice one, tad on the heavy side, very prominent wine notes

Shortlived white head over clear, metallic golden still beer. Wild yeasts, farmyard odours, yellow grapes, muscat grapes. Noble rot, Sauternes, lactic acid and mild Brettanomyces. Light body, acidthinning and light -burn; quite (wheat)slick. Very likeable, a rather strong tour-de-force from Mathieu!
