This beer is a blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics and our very first self brewed beer from 2,5 years old. It was macerated on Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany and blended with 30% of wine made from the same grapes. Aged on ex-Bordeaux barrels.

Shortlived white head over clear, metallic golden still beer. Wild yeasts, farmyard odours, yellow grapes, muscat grapes. Noble rot, Sauternes, lactic acid and mild Brettanomyces. Light body, acidthinning and light -burn; quite (wheat)slick. Very likeable, a rather strong tour-de-force from Mathieu!
