The brethren provideth. Opaque dark brown. No head. Aroma has bourbon and booze sharpness. Underlying this we have malty dark fruit Flavourwise it's less intense. The bourbon booze is still present, and warming. Again there's then an underlying malty sweetness with dark fruits and hints of molasses. The booze and warmth gradually amp up. Although the bourbon itself provides some of its own sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick-oily. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Hits the spot.
