That's why the time has come for Imža - a classic German Berliner Weisse with non-classical additions. This time, we loaded our light, sour, mixed-fermentation wheat ale with fresh, juicy raspberries and rich blackberries. And, of course, in the good tradition of Malanka, there was a twist, so all this splendor was combined with one of our favorite spices - cardamom. A real refreshing banger!
