Tap. Murky red pour, off-white head. Nose is sweetness, faint smoke. Taste is that weird, somewhat malty sweetness and smoke again. Medium sweet finish, light body, average carbo. Meh.

Bottle. Hazy copper color, with a huge beige head, staying quite long. Aroma is some kind of malt, but very light, not much smell and anything smoked. Flavor instead is clearly roasted malts, more ash than a nice balanced smoked note. I didn't notice any vanilla, though on the label. Medium carbonation. Ok beer, but somehow not well balanced.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks rayaron. Murky amber. Malt, caramel, lots of peat, some alcohol, sweet, yeast, faint vanilla note, a bit of fruitiness, medium-bodied. A bit messy.

Tap at Neked Csak Dezső!, Budapest. Poured a murky medium reddish brown with a thin off white head. The aroma is red berry fruit, floral medicinal hop. The flavour is light sweet with a light grainy, light fruit, metallic medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I don’t think this beer was at its best.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, vörösbe hajló félbarna szín. Intenzív illata füstös, vaníliás, édes karamelles. Íze az illatát követi, vanília, füst, édeskés karamell, némi komlós keserűvel. Enyhén fanyar, kevés szénsav, közepes test. Sajnos nem igazán simulnak egymásba az ízek, mintha mindegyik komponens külön életet élne.
