All The Russets cider is made from a combination of Ashmead's Kernel, Egremont Russet and the near legendary seedling tree Coverack Russet, subject to pilgrimage and homage across the globe. The first two varietals lend nutty dignity to this medium pet nat cider, whilst the Coverack brings a soft and mellow tannin commensurate with standing fast through years of Atlantic storms.

Chill before opening.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 07/06/2025.
Clear golden to copper topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is tarte apple, hedgerow, straw, light caramel.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, herb, straw, apple skins.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent kit ... flavoursome and refreshing.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is very appley, green, lightly baked and acidic, touch funky/woody. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Spritzy carbonation which suited it. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle from Drink Finder. Orangey gold colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, flesh. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, some woody funk, slightly tart with citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
