(Sample @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours a very pretty salmon-pink. Nose is brightly fruity, with raspberry prominent as it tends to be but not overwhelming the underlying layers of tart cherry, black sweet cherry, cherry pit, lemon, oak, and moderate dusty funk, tart but not sour. Flavour is raspberry, black cherry. Flavour has a nice mix of raspberry, cherry, light lactic sour, underripe peach, white wine (and grape), softly mineral, oak is present but has a nice supporting feel. Dry fruity finish, moderately crisp. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation, the nice mouthfeel SARA beers tend towards. While the fruit is clearly present, it feels supporting rather than dominant like a fruit beer. More of a saison with extras. Very nice.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This one has a blurry almost watered down orange color and on top a small kinda white sidesticking and islandy head. Smells strongly of vinegar and wood - blended with red berries. Cherries and sour raspberries. Nice stuff. It has a really refreshing and quite acidic thing going on in the taste. Feels nice and oily in the mouth and it's about average on the carbonation. Dryish and woody in the taste. Strawberries and mild raspberries. As mentioned quite sour this. Sour apricots in the finish. Liked it a lot. 14.05.2016
