10/6/2022. Bottle courtesy of Tim, cheers! Pours clear dark amber with a creamy/frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, biscuit, bread, plum, caramel, dried fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, quite fizzy carbonation. Slightly dry, plummy finish. Not bad, bit too fizzy though.

Bottle from a bottle shop in Whitstable. Poured a murky medium to light brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is yeast, floral hop, grainy malt. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a light nutty grainy earthy floral medicinal hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask. It wasn’t a stout- deep amber with a small head. Loads of malt and toffee, with hints of dark fruit. Quite tasty.
