Pilsner, Munich and Wheat malt, hopped with Huell Blanc, Saison yeast strain, this easy drinking, thirst quenching 6.2% Saison is packed with flavours of gooseberries, passion fruit and finishes with a spicy dryness.

Bottle from Crafty Bottle Lincoln. Hazy golden yellow colour with a thin white head Aroma has yeast banana and orange Taste has citrus light sweet. Medium body.

Wakefield Beer Festival 2016. Hazed amber in colour, with a good fruitiness to an ale with a clear strength to it.

Cask at Birmingham Beer Festival 2016; hazy golden yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has yeast and orange, taste has citrus some yeast action.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grain, zesty lemon citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a light, crispy refreshing dry mineral aspirin, spicy, light resin, citrus fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Wow, a Birmingham saison and rather good too!

Keg. Pours hazy gold with a small head. Aroma is farmhouse yeast and sharp lemon. Taste has farmhouse yeast to start with a light sour lemon finish.
