Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tasty and mysterious, more savory than sweet, like a carbonated young balsamic with soy undertones topped by bright berry notes, sharp citric acidity, and a dry, spicy bitterness on the finish. Really seems like a great beer for cooking, but it ain’t bad for drinking either.
