This sipping beer emphasizes the aromatics of honey and our house culture. Brewed with 55 lbs of local honey from Royal Bee in Steelville, this tripel-style base beer has aromas of light stone fruit and bubble gum with a dry and warming finish.

9 oz draft. Color between gold and brass, a few bubbles around the edge. Any honey smell is very light, matched by a vague sour fruit note. Taste builds on the nose in a positive fashion. Tartness is mild and pleasant, malt or whatever else is fermented with the honey, are kind of dry, with little bitterness to get in the way.
