The taste is smooth upfront, then a touch of bitterness creeps on, zingy, tangy, zesty, lemon curd, grapefruit, pomelo, starburst, bread, biscuit and dryness towards the finish. Light body and soft, velvety mouth feel. Easy going hoppy blonde ale.
