This delicious amber beverage was finished with a touch of dried clove and some fresh vanilla bean, sourced directly from a farm outside Mui Ne. The wonderfully roasty malt notes are balanced by a touch of noble hops that fade into a whisper of spices. Our first lager!

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is lager malt, some spice, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a sweet malt, light vanilla, light floral hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
