Sample from 2007 bottle at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 02/16/2012. The beer pours a dark amber-brown color with a medium light tan head that dissipates slowly. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, caramel and herbal hops. Medium to full body with a sweet malt character and notes of caramel, hops and citrus. The finish is sweet with a brown sugar and caramel malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
