We used a concoction of herbs and spices added at the end of the boil to give an amazingly bright aroma. Then we added freshly juiced strawberries to give a sweet punch to the finish to make for a lightly sun-kissed not-so-pale ale.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head and a little lace. The aroma is light woody hop, some strawberry fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a hoppy, light spice, fruity palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
