The annual solera style anniversary blend is back! Each year this blend moves closer to barleywine, one barrel at a time. First Press was all stout; Fifth Press features only a single barrel of stout. That means sixth press will be all Barleywine. This years blend has a pronounced salted toffee note accompanied by tannic dark chocolate and a touch of licorice. Fifth Press really opens up after coming to room temp and presents one of the longest finishes yet.
