Nose is apple skins, light barnyard nip, straw, hedgerow.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, straw, tannins, light farmyard notes.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Tidy enough offering.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is very appley, funky, touch mucky, citric, straw. Light acidic taste. Drying finish. Enjoyed it.

750ml bottle from Wolds Wine Estate. Hazed orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, funk, straw. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, some leathery funk and drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
