Wild Ale. 17 months old Wild Ale aged for additional 7 months with Polish Mirabelle.

Wild Ale fermentowane autorskim szczepem dzikich drożdży. Piwo leżakowało przez 17 miesięcy w beczkach po winie. Po tym czasie spędziło 7 miesięcy w towarzystwie polskich Mirabelek co nadało mu lekkości i owocowości. Całość tworzy zwiewne, delikatnie kwaśne połączenie.

Hazy yellow colour, tiny white head. Tartish, some fruits in the nose. Light-bodied. Tart, citrus and some fruits in the flavour. Okish. ZincFest 2025.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some tart wooden tones with mild tart berries as well. Flavour is floral, some tartness, mild funk and yeasty tones with some berries and mild fruits.
