Roam is our single/rotating-hop Pale Ale that features a unique varietal in every batch. Coming from the legendary growers Segal Hop Ranch in the Yakima Valley, Zumo is a hop we think has incredible potential, thanks in part to its versatility. There’s an unmistakable top note of lime zest but beneath there’s depth and balance. It’s got classic PNW qualities (pine/citrus), creaminess and spice - it’s a fun Roam for sure and we can imagine a wide range of uses for this promising hop.

Brewery draught, 4/24/25.
Heavily hazy bronze-maize-golden. Neat, creamy, off-white head.
Fruity nose with a healthy mix of apple, pear, light citrus and maybe a hint of tropical. Wheat/oat-like blandness/softness with light mineral. Clean, balanced.
Soft and fruity, low but ample bitterness. Chewy, wheat/oat body with low sweetness. Nothing explosive or even that distinctive from the hop but there's a good mix of yellow and citrus fruits. Good mineral. Easy drinking, balanced. Nice change of pace from the usual shit.
