Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Hazy raspberry colour beer, small bubbly pinkish head. Tart but never acid raspberry and blueberry, a little blackberry. Mildly tart finish brings a little vanilla. Nice pastry sour.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch, 09/04/2025.
Cherry red with a crimson cap that thins in time.
Nose is tarte berry fruits, hedgerow, grass, herb.
Taste comprises cherry stones, lactic tang, vanilla, straw, herb, sharp berry compote.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close light puckering edge.
Not bad for a pastry sour ... retains bitter and sour qualities.
