The proper spelling on this one is “coconaut”. Toasted coconut, hints of caramel, and chocolate malt finish.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a dark reddish-brown color with a tiny tan head and poor retention. Zero lacing. Coconut aroma, as expected. The taste follows the nose: Coconut-forward flavor with some darker porter notes in the background. Fairly sweet. Thin body for a porter. Low carbonation, almost flat. Minor bitterness. The 6.9% ABV is very well hidden. Decent flavor, but lackluster body and texture.
