Blender Tonga is our second eighth anniversary release. We usually go all out for these one-off anniversary blenders and this one is no different. Inspired by the classic Mai Tais of the 40s and 50s, we packed this one full of tangerine, key lime, and pineapple. Then we conditioned it on 125 pounds of in-house toasted almonds, and finished with a floral note of orange blossom. We get wonderful flavors of Trader Vic’s Mai Tais wrapped in a warm tropical breeze. **Please note this beer is conditioned with a lot of fruit and needs to be kept cold at all time.** **BEER CONTAINS NUTS.**

Brewery draught, 4/25/25.
Cloudy bright beeswax-yellow. Medium-sized, white head.
Bright, tart, juicy with plentiful tangerine up front and the almonds giving a savory, nuttiness on the finish. Clean, bright, aromatic.
The flavor outdoes the aroma in intensity by quite a bit. Rich, juicy, fruity but with the almond balancing the citrus acidity. Soft, chewy, malty texture probably also bolstered by the almonds. Rich, balanced, satisfying as Blenders almost always are.
