Introducing Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry, now available in cans!
Our Semi-Dry offers a touch of residual apple sweetness compared to its older sibling, Elmwood Dry. Fermented low and slow with our house yeast, this cider strikes the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, bursting with fresh-pressed apple flavor.

Made from a blend of Honeycrisp, Gala, Empire, Cortland, Macoun, and McIntosh apples, it evokes memories of crisp autumn evenings around a fire or crunching through fallen leaves on a camping trip.

Elmwood Cider began four years ago with Alex experimenting with five-gallon batches of hand-pressed cider in his driveway. Inspired by New England’s rich cider-making tradition, we remain committed to crafting high-quality fermented drinks using only the best ingredients.

Both versions—Elmwood Dry and Semi-Dry—are now available on draft and to-go. Stay tuned for more varieties coming soon!

Brewery draught, 6/15/25.
Clear, deep golden-maize.
Fresh, juicy apple in the nose with no malo-lactic/wild fermentation (or very little of it). Clean with a touch of Brett, perhaps and a good balance of sugar and tannin.
Soft, juicy, perfectly balanced with just enough residual sugar to comfort and provide excellent flavor while still allowing full apple character and moderate tannin to balance and add complexity.
