Think I’ll stick to rose de gambrinus for my peach raspberry fix. More there on the nose than in the flesh

Очередной нормальный саур от ваулт. Как и тысячи других от них же. Ничего такого, ну ягоды, ну лимончик.

Can. A hazy cerisey dark apricot sort of colour brew, small bubbly off white head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, quite a forward creamy vanilla sweetness. Mildy tart berry fruits, reasonably juicy and with big candy character. Strawberry tang aftertaste. Pleasant enough but seems a little flaccid overall. Not tightly integrated and with not enough sweet and sour tension. Sweet won this one!

Half pint, draught at Industry Tap, kindly shared by Gary, Hazy reddish body, poor lacing, no head. Hints of ripe fruits and berry skins on the nose. Mixed taste of sweet fruits and mid-tart berries. More sweet than tart to the ending. Possible to drink. (Sheffield, 28.04.2025).
