Brewery draught, 4/25/25.
Clear medium-dark amber. Beige head, small, creamy.
Rich and malty. Toasted bread, caramel, vanilla but with a good higher fermentation temperature fruitiness. Maybe akin to Anchor Steam in its heyday.
Rich and malty. Fruity, big caramel and honey with lightly toasted bread. Bit of floral/herbal hop. Good dryness on the finish.
