Handpull cask at the Furnace Inn, Derby. Light gold, ever so slightly hazy, no head but considerable lacing. Soft and slightly soapy/spicy aroma. Amarillo is present bit certainly muted. Sweetish taste with a bitter note at the end. Pretty good for the ABV but not one of Cloudwater’s best.

Cask at the Euston tap. A translucent yellow golden coloured pour with a loose white froth. Aroma is pale bready grains, faint melon and tropical fruit , grape, hint of toilet cleaner. Flavour is composed of raw pale grains, bready malts, light spicy citrus, grape. Some grain tannin. Palate is light and grainy, moderate carbonation, semi crisp. Little chalky dry finish.

Tap at the Shakespeare, Kelham Island, Sheffield. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is big grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light slightly watery, yeasty, light fruity hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
