Running through a meadow, wind in your ears, sun blaring on your back, what more could a good boy want? Our traditional golden ale, lightly hopped with Admiral and Goldings, is like a walk through the countryside on a summers day.
ABV 4.0% Vol EBC : 11.4 IBU : 20.9 Malts : Maris Otter, Caramalt, Malted oats, Flaked barley. Hops : Admiral, Goldings Allergens : Barley, Oats

Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is grass, straw, herb, dull fruit esters.
Taste comprises stewed fruits, twiggy, bitter, raw.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Not good.

31/5/2025. Cask pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy cloudy orange gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is lightly hoppy, malted, citrusy and grainy, touch herbal. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, watery, soft carbonation. Fair.

Handpull cask at Darlington Snooker Club Beer Festival 2025. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, grain. Taste is malty, grain, barley, fruity, with some citric bitterness. Abit watery, light bodied, medium carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite OK
