We decided to give this Pale Ale a makeover by adding some Raspberry puree, Vanilla and Peach to create a refreshingly drinkable beer. Raspberries may have hollow cores but there is nothing missing from this beer.

[On tap at the brewery.] A straw coloured pour with a pinkish haze and no head; the raspberry aroma seems slightly artificial; grainy body with a sweet berry taste; then a fruity finish. Not quite tart enough for me.
